Your satisfaction matters to us. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we're here to help with returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for return, items must remain in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection.
If you'd prefer to exchange your item for an alternative design, simply get in touch with us within 7 days. Please be aware that delivery charges will apply for the replacement item.

Our vintage and up-cycled pieces carry their own special character. These items may feature intentional design elements such as raw edges, visible stitching, gentle fading, or minor imperfections that reflect their heritage. At Scout Atelier Ltd, we celebrate these distinctive features as part of each piece's authentic story and charm. These characteristics are not considered faults and therefore do not qualify for returns. We invite you to study the imagery closely to appreciate the individual character of these reimagined treasures before purchase.
